Offshore Assessment Framework

Our unique assessment process applies to all IT-centric outsourcing. We first determine why an organization wants to outsource. The organization then assesses what can and cannot be outsourced. The assessment process puts in place a framework detailing how to incorporate an outsourcing strategy, plus readiness steps, and provides a check list to evaluate solution providers.

The Process
